At Dog Byte Marketing, we strive to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with the products and services we deliver. Please review our refund policy carefully, as it outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.
Software & SaaS
We offer a 30-day refund policy for the following:
- Software products (e.g., WordPress plugins)
- Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscriptions
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, your request must meet the following conditions:
- The request must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within the 30-day window.
- Refunds will not be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Exceptions: Refunds will not be issued for purchases made through unauthorized third-party vendors.
Services
For any services rendered by Dog Byte Marketing (e.g., consulting, marketing campaigns, custom development):
- No refunds will be issued once the service has been delivered or work has commenced.
- If a deposit or upfront payment was made and work has already begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
- In cases of project cancellation before service delivery, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion based on the amount of work completed.
Retainer Based Services
For retainer-based services provided by Dog Byte Marketing (e.g., ongoing web development, digital marketing, design support):
- Retainers are billed one month in advance.
- A 30-day notice is required to cancel retainer services.
- Retainer payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
- Any unused hours within a billing period do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
